Fitness Level of U15 Team

 

First of all, I have to congratulate you all as the level has not dropped off from last season at all, keep it up.

 

The hard work you have all put in is paying off!!  Let's keep it up and improve at the same time as I know you can.

 

We are having light-hearted sessions at the moment but they will get harder as we get nearer to the start of the 'New Season', July/August is when the hard work will start.

 

Warm-ups will become harder, however, the more work you put in the better you will feel, mentally and physically.

 

Injuries will be assessed and I will decide if you train or not - your health is important to the Management Team and the Club overall.
